Client Solutions Manager
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of Seqana’s Delivery track, supporting end-to-end project execution across a diverse client portfolio.
You will coordinate client onboarding, manage project workflows, support internal collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the high standards our clients expect.
Working directly with some of the world’s leading agrifood companies and project developers, you will help manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements where both scientific rigor and clear communication are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating across both technical and commercial environments.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Support project delivery across Seqana’s client portfolio by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Manage client onboarding workflows, including scoping calls, data collection, kickoff documentation, and internal handoffs from the Growth team.

Track project milestones, identify risks early, and maintain visibility on project delivery status.

Coordinate between Seqana’s Solutions team, Product team, and external clients to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Prepare and quality assure client-facing deliverables such as MRV reports, SOC snapshots, sampling designs, and project documentation.

Help build, refine, and document scalable delivery processes, templates, and workflows.

Manage client invoicing and maintain project management tools and KPI dashboards for commercial reporting and financial tracking.

Support client communication by drafting updates, scheduling review meetings, and managing milestone follow-ups.

Contribute to post-project evaluations and client feedback processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in project management, client success, consulting, or operations — ideally within climate tech, agritech, sustainability, or technical B2B environments.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to proactively manage priorities.

Process-oriented mindset with the initiative to structure, document, and improve workflows.

Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Comfortable working in early-stage or fast-growing startup environments.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Linear, or similar platforms.

Interest in soil science, carbon markets, or regenerative agriculture (direct experience is a plus but not required).

Fluency in English; additional German, French, or Spanish language skills are advantageous.
