At KoRo, our People team is evolving alongside the business — and this role will play a key part in shaping what impactful and scalable People work looks like as we continue to grow.
As our People Strategy & Projects Lead, you will work closely with the VP People to design, improve, implement, and scale strategic People initiatives across the company.
This is not a traditional HR role. You will approach People topics through a project and strategy lens: identifying challenges, designing scalable solutions, piloting initiatives, rolling them out, and measuring their impact.
Rather than owning one operational area, you’ll work across multiple high-impact People initiatives and help build scalable structures for the future. Once frameworks and processes are successfully implemented, you’ll transition ownership to operational teams and move on to the next strategic priority.
This role is intentionally different from a traditional HR Business Partner or People Operations role. You will focus on identifying priorities, designing scalable solutions, implementing them successfully, and continuously driving impactful initiatives forward.
