  • Contribute to commercial strategy with market insights
  • Support development of sales materials and business collateral
  • Refine and communicate the company’s value proposition

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in business development, sales, or commercial roles
  • Existing network in agrifood or sustainability sectors
  • Knowledge of Scope 3 emissions and supply chain decarbonization
  • Familiarity with frameworks (SBTi FLAG, LSRS, GHG Protocol, CSRD)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of sales funnels
  • Enthusiasm for sales and outreach
  • Curiosity to learn soil carbon and MRV methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Degree in Business, Sustainability, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Experience with carbon markets or carbon credit projects
  • Track record selling technical or data-driven products
  • Exposure to regenerative agriculture or soil health

Benefits

  • Join a motivated, international team tackling climate change
  • Shape the growth of a new and evolving business
  • Work at the intersection of strategy and climate impact
  • Access continuous learning with a €500 training budget
  • Flexible work environment with remote options
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Enjoy team events, snacks, and choice of hardware
