Meet Your Team: Advertising Dashboard Team

As part of the Advertising Solutions department, this team builds 100% in-house technology to help mobile publishers
acquire the right users by managing and analyzing ads for over 200 million daily users.

• Develop modern dashboards and interfaces
• Leverage advanced databases like Druid for real-time insights
• Enable advertisers and account managers with data-driven decision-making tools
• Build user and API interfaces for campaign creation, analysis, and optimization

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain backend systems (99%+ Go) within a microservices architecture
• Implement asynchronous communication using Kafka and SQS/SNS
• Collaborate with developers through knowledge sharing and code reviews
• Optimize database queries using Druid and MySQL for millisecond response times
• Provide partners with raw and aggregated data via well-documented APIs
• Process billions of daily API events using Kafka and Kinesis streams
• Scale systems for hundreds of millions of active users

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience building web applications in Go
• Strong skills in profiling and optimizing Go applications
• Experience with high-traffic systems (100M+ requests/day)
• Willingness to relocate to Hamburg, Germany

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and serverless infrastructure
• Familiarity with columnar databases
