(Principal/Manager) Solution Architect AI

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an AI Solution Prototyping & Sales Support Consultant who is passionate about solving customer problems,
improving solutions, and driving growth opportunities.

• Demonstrate and adapt state-of-the-art computer vision AI pipelines
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for customer success
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through technical expertise

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of solution engineers
• Demonstrate solutions to potential customers
• Identify customer challenges and product improvement opportunities
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs
• Manage customer inquiries via ticketing systems and email
• Improve team efficiency through AI methods, FAQs, and documentation

Your Experience & Skills

• 10+ years experience as a consultant or software developer
• 2–3 years in a leadership role
• 3+ years in solution engineering, presales, or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong knowledge of Python in Linux environments
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes in cloud environments
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems
• Understanding of hardware systems
• German language skills (in addition to fluent English)
• Willingness for occasional travel (less than once per month)
