Role: Demand & Process Manager (Campaigns)

As part of Central Operations, you will act as the key coordination and process interface for campaign-related topics,
ensuring clarity, structure, and efficiency across teams.

• Translate campaign demands into structured processes
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Content, Campaign, QA, and Product teams
• Ensure consistency, transparency, and process ownership

Key Responsibilities

Demand Intake, Structuring & Alignment

• Act as the central point for campaign-related requests
• Structure and clarify operational demands
• Align stakeholders and manage dependencies
• Collaborate with Product to ensure feasible solutions

Process Definition & Standardization

• Define and improve campaign-related processes
• Own process documentation and standards
• Maintain clear and usable workflows

Insights & Quality

• Provide visibility through KPIs and reporting
• Identify process improvements with QA and operations teams
• Translate insights into actionable improvements

Your Profile

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of project management methods and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Independent and proactive working style
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude
• High self-motivation
• Fluent English (German and French are a plus)
