About the Role

We are looking for an HR Data & Analytics Expert to build and lead our global HR analytics capability. In this role, you will transform HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will establish reporting frameworks, develop workforce analytics, and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT to strengthen data-driven people management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the global HR analytics and reporting framework, including KPIs, dashboards, data models, and governance processes.
  • Develop workforce analytics (e.g. headcount, turnover, productivity, workforce planning, cost per employee).
  • Collaborate with HR, Controlling, Finance, IT, and ESG teams to collect, validate, and centralize HR data (SAP HCM and other systems).
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR across all regions.
  • Provide analytics for strategic topics such as staff cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, ESG reporting, and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Build scalable data models and automated dashboards using BI tools.
  • Deliver reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish data governance standards and monitor data quality across systems.
  • Support HR technology initiatives and mentor junior analysts.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or workforce planning.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM or similar SAP data structures.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, modeling, and transformation (SQL preferred).
  • Advanced analytics and visualization skills (Power BI is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience with data governance, GDPR, and multi-country data environments.
  • Basic understanding of ESG reporting.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Fluent English.
