For our office in Bremen, we are looking for an HR Business Partner – Sea (m/f/d).

As an HR Business Partner – Sea, you will take on a central role in day-to-day operations and contribute significantly to the success of our international shipping projects. You will work alongside experienced crewing experts and use your HR expertise to elevate our performance to the next level.

Your Tasks

  • Support and enhance daily operations of the Crewing Team by applying your HR expertise and coordinating strategic HR topics with the Crewing Director.
  • Review and further develop global and local recruitment processes and tools.
  • Improve People & Talent Review processes as well as career development frameworks.
  • Coordinate crewing requirements across different Business Units (fleets) in close collaboration with the Crewing Director.
  • Take responsibility for reporting and analyzing HR-related KPIs.
  • Support Business Development initiatives by expanding crewing management services to new clients.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong English skills and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Independent, resourceful team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking, people management, and leadership skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Affinity for digital tools and interest in contributing to software development from a user perspective.
  • Willingness to travel.
