B2B Marketing Manager – Refined Fibre (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Drive the international growth and market development of the Refined Fibre & B2B business unit by identifying opportunities and supporting global business development initiatives.
  • Generate and manage high-quality sales leads through targeted B2B marketing activities, campaigns, and compelling product-, application-, and customer-specific content.
  • Ensure a seamless lead management process from Marketing to Sales, including lead tracking, scoring, and nurturing across the entire customer journey.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (e.g. email, web, social media) and develop impactful content for sales pitches, the website, and digital channels in close collaboration with Group Communication.
  • Implement, manage, and continuously improve marketing technology (CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards) and build transparent performance reporting on campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Coordinate the company’s participation in industry trade fairs and events.
  • Optimize marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficient, scalable, and consistent campaign execution.
  • Lead market research to support management and business development.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Alternative: Commercial apprenticeship with additional marketing qualification (e.g. IHK Marketingfachwirt) and a strong practical track record.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in an international environment, with responsibility for multi-channel campaigns and measurable lead generation.
  • Industry experience in tissue paper, pulp, or paper is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in lead scoring, nurturing, and ensuring a seamless handover to Sales.
  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to build and maintain campaign and funnel dashboards (conversion, CPL, ROI) and translate insights into improvements (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Experience in planning and coordinating trade fairs and industry events, ideally with international exposure.
  • Process-oriented approach with the ability to standardize and optimize workflows across Marketing, Sales, and other departments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in cross-functional and international teams.

Languages

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • German, French, or Italian are a plus.
