Your Role
In this role, you will design, administer, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365-based digital workplace environment, enabling employees to work productively and securely from anywhere.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and manage the lifecycle of the Microsoft 365 digital workplace ecosystem
- Maintain and support the Windows 10/11 client environment
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Defender)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services and integrations
- Manage and secure corporate devices using Microsoft Intune
- Package, test, and deploy applications via Intune
- Coordinate OS and application updates and patching (Intune, Ninja-One)
- Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze system usage, performance, and security reports
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT colleagues
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on infrastructure projects
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender)
- Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Ninja-One) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to support colleagues
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience contributing to IT projects and solution design
- Fluent English
