Your Role
As Global Process Manager – Sales & Distribution (SD) with a focus on Dispatch, you will design and optimize global end-to-end logistics processes across shipping, transportation execution, and order management (Order-to-Cash).
You will define, harmonize, and implement forward-looking standard processes within a modern SAP S/4HANA environment, playing a key role in shaping a scalable and digital global logistics landscape.
Your Responsibilities
Process Design & Implementation
- Design, harmonize, and deploy global standard processes based on SAP S/4HANA
- Focus on Order-to-Dispatch, shipping, transportation execution, delivery processing, and EDI integration
Process Optimization
- Continuously improve shipping and logistics processes across production plants and distribution centers
- Optimize material and information flows, automation, and standardization
- Conduct process assessments and implement sustainable improvements
Transformation & Projects
- Lead international transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Drive global projects in cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with regions, sites, and corporate functions
Change Management & Governance
- Manage global change requests and prioritize initiatives
- Coordinate with internal and external process and technology experts
Data & Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs for process performance and quality
- Use modern analytics tools (e.g., process mining) for insights and improvements
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain global standards, policies, and training materials
- Establish and support a global key user network
- Provide first-level support to regional process experts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and Lean teams
- Ensure consistent end-to-end process understanding
Your Profile
Education
- Degree in Logistics, Production Management, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Experience in international project and change management environments
Technical Expertise
- Strong expertise in shipping planning, execution, and material flow processes
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and EWM (including customizing)
- Knowledge of additional modules (WM, MM, TM) is a plus
- LEAN knowledge is an advantage

- Willingness to travel internationally
Languages
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
