Your Role
As Online Marketing Manager (f/m/x) – Web & Performance Focus, you combine hands-on execution with a strategic business partner role across business lines and EMEA affiliates.
You will drive and optimize our digital presence with a strong focus on performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and high-quality content execution across international markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day website content operations in Typo3 (planning, uploading, QA, publishing, optimization)
- Guide content owners and coordinate website initiatives (landing pages, campaigns, relaunches)
- Ensure consistent content governance across affiliates and business units
- Improve digital customer journeys by identifying friction points and optimizing usability and conversion
- Optimize landing pages and digital touchpoints for engagement and clarity
- Own and manage digital analytics tools to ensure reliable performance tracking
- Define KPIs and support stakeholders in translating data into actionable improvements
- Drive SEO, GEO, and SEA (Google Search, Display, YouTube) in collaboration with agencies
- Contribute to process optimization, automation, and AI-supported workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally and advise stakeholders using data-driven insights
Your Profile
You are a great fit if you combine strong digital marketing expertise with a performance-driven mindset and stakeholder management skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Several years of experience in digital/online marketing (ideally in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries)
- Strong experience in performance marketing and KPI-driven optimization
- Solid understanding of SEO and SEA
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (preferably Typo3)
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio)
- Proven stakeholder and project management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and consultative working style
- Openness to new technologies, automation, and AI-driven workflows
- Experience with email marketing and CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization or behavioral analysis is a plus
- Experience with international web governance or portal environments is beneficial
- Excellent English communication skills
