Your Responsibilities

As Manager Financial Reporting, you will:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports at segment and group level in accordance with IFRS and local GAAPs
  • Analyze financial data across company, segment, and group levels
  • Support the development of best-in-class internal and external reporting processes
  • Manage, review, and consolidate reporting packages from local accountants across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports
  • Coordinate external advisors and auditors
  • Document and improve internal reporting and accounting processes
  • Handle special projects such as initial consolidations and M&A-related topics

Your Profile

Ideally, you bring:

  • Outstanding academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Tax
  • Strong passion for financial reporting, accounting, and finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in audit or group accounting with a focus on IFRS
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., DATEV, SAP, MS Dynamics)
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS standards (e.g., IFRS 16, IAS 16, IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 3, IFRS 10, IFRS 5)
  • Knowledge of German or international tax regulations is a plus
  • Experience with consolidation tools such as LucaNet is a plus
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian, Polish) are a plus
  • Industry knowledge in energy or infrastructure is a plus
