About the Role

The Marketing, Customer Success & Event Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customer engagement across the EMEA region.

You will work closely with the Customer Success team to coordinate and deliver customer communications, primarily through email marketing and automation using HubSpot.

This role ensures customers receive relevant updates, training information, product announcements, and marketing campaigns in a consistent and professional way. Additionally, you will support event coordination and maintain visibility of regional marketing activities.

You will contribute to strengthening communication with our customer base while ensuring marketing campaigns are executed effectively across the region.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Success Marketing & Email Campaigns

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to coordinate customer communications across EMEA
• Manage and execute email campaigns in HubSpot (product updates, trainings, webinars, announcements)
• Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with overall marketing strategy
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, etc.) and support optimization
• Provide ad-hoc email support to Regional Marketing Managers

Event & Marketing Enablement Support

• Coordinate the shipment of sample parts for customer outreach, events, and marketing activities
• Support event preparation for trade shows, customer meetings, and regional campaigns
• Maintain and organize sample inventory to ensure availability and tracking

Campaign Coordination & Regional Visibility

• Act as a central point of contact for marketing campaigns across the EMEA region
• Maintain a campaign tracker for weekly marketing meetings
• Provide visibility on campaign status, timelines, and activities
• Support day-to-day coordination and collaboration within the marketing team

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Marketing or relevant experience
• 1+ year of experience with HubSpot or marketing automation tools
• Exposure to Customer Success, lifecycle, or retention marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience coordinating marketing activities

Travel Requirement: 10% or less
