• Start Date: January 2026
• Location: Munich (Hybrid)
• Salary: €120,000 – €135,000 (annual gross)
• Stock Options: €120,000 – €180,000
• Benefits Budget: Up to €5,000 annually
• Travel: Frequent (approx. 50%)

Your Role

As Principal of Poultry Applications, you will lead the development of innovative applications in aviculture. You will combine data analytics with industry expertise to identify impactful opportunities and bring new solutions to market.

• Identify new application opportunities in the poultry industry
• Build strategic partnerships with industry and research institutions
• Conduct strategic assessments to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Represent Orbem through publications, conferences, and industry events
• Lead efforts to bring new poultry applications to market

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the poultry industry or related fields
• Strong understanding of avian biology and life cycle
• Experience in application development and operational processes
• Strong data science and analytical skills
• Driving license (Class B)

Leadership & Communication

• Fluent in English
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Structured, analytical, and persistent working style
• Ability to lead and mentor teams
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have
