Account Executive – Sales Talent Pool

Impact You Will Make

As an Account Executive based in Berlin or Texas, you will manage the European or US region, driving growth by:

  • Acquiring new customers
  • Expanding existing customer relationships
  • Partnering with our Customer Success team to ensure successful outcomes

  • Skilled at outbound and inbound sales without constant supervision
  • Confident in consulting and guiding prospects through the entire sales process

High-Level Responsibilities

In this quota-carrying role, you will:

  • Lead and consult prospects from qualification to close
  • Generate new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and signing mid-market and enterprise-grade customers
  • Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and partner teams to drive opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbounding and creating opportunities in regional accounts
  • Landing and expanding clients within your region
  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals with minimal guidance
  • Managing CRM data and producing accurate sales reports
  • Handling RFI/RFQ requests
  • Collaborating with technical teams to address challenges
  • Communicating value propositions, conducting demos, and improving sales techniques
  • Developing proposals, complex pricing, and negotiating contracts
  • Working closely with sales engineers, customer success, partnership, and marketing teams

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling technical platforms as an individual quota-carrying Account Executive
  • Proven ability to close €60-100k+ opportunities
  • Strong pipeline generation and outbound prospecting skills
  • Experience collaborating with BDRs, SEs, and partner ecosystems
  • Proficient in presentations, webinars, and product demos
  • CRM experience with HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools
  • Experience with SaaS business models and early-stage companies
  • Willingness to travel for meet-ups and events
  • Knowledge of content management platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking at events is a plus
