Role Overview

As the Networking and Security Lead, you will drive networking and security initiatives across our hybrid infrastructure.
You will oversee daily operations, ensuring stability, security, and performance across 700+ endpoints, hybrid workers,
and a mix of on-premises and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the networking and security team, fostering collaboration and proactive problem-solving
• Maintain network infrastructure ensuring high availability across 700+ endpoints and colocation facilities
• Oversee device access control using technologies such as Palo Alto, WAFs, Cisco, O365, and Intune
• Improve endpoint detection and response across mobile, desktop, and cloud services
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Develop a 24/7 security monitoring service and incident response plan
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance user experience
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies

Requirements

• CISSP certification (or currently preparing for the exam)
• 7+ years of experience in security, including 3+ years in leadership
• Strong expertise in network design, implementation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of firewalls, corporate networks, colocation, and cloud environments
• Experience with detection technologies (NDR, EDR, XDR, AI-driven detection)
• Understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance standards
• Budget management and resource planning experience
