Role Overview

As the first sales hire in Germany, you will lead enterprise sales efforts targeting law firms
and legal departments. This is a consultative, trust-based sales role, requiring credibility,
precision, and deep understanding of the legal industry.

  • Own the German market for Omnilex
  • Build relationships with senior legal stakeholders
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales
  • Establish Omnilex as a trusted legal technology partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to long-term contracts
  • Deliver tailored, high-quality product demonstrations
  • Navigate complex buying processes across legal and IT stakeholders
  • Address objections related to AI trust, quality, and legal risk
  • Convert pilots into long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams

Requirements

  • Legal background and/or 3+ years of experience selling to legal clients
  • Experience selling complex, trust-critical solutions
  • Strong communication with precision and clarity
  • Ability to engage skeptical, highly knowledgeable professionals
  • Strong discipline in CRM management and deal execution
