About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive product positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for Taktile’s AI-native decisioning platform.

The ultimate goal of this role is to drive pipeline and revenue growth by ensuring our products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and successfully adopted in the market.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will serve as the key bridge between product innovation and market success, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, and product teams to ensure our solutions resonate with the market.

What You’ll Do

Drive Pipeline & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Plan and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Create compelling one-pagers, solution briefs, and product website content
  • Support broader demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, field marketing initiatives, and events or webinars

Drive Customer-Centric Messaging

  • Define and maintain a consistent and differentiated messaging framework tailored to specific audiences
  • Translate complex technical features into clear and compelling value propositions
  • Develop positioning that clearly differentiates Taktile from competitors
  • Synthesize customer insights by analyzing sales calls and buyer conversations

Enable Sales Success

  • Create strong social proof, including customer case studies and impact stories
  • Develop persona-based sales tools such as pitch decks, playbooks, and enablement assets
  • Equip Sales and Business Development teams to improve deal velocity and win rates

Shape Market Strategy

  • Manage relationships with industry analysts such as Gartner and Forrester
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive battlecards for internal teams

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear business value
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through marketing initiatives
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles in B2B SaaS or AI solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience working with tools such as GSuite, Notion, Miro, and ideally Figma
  • Interest in exploring and leveraging AI-powered tools

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with financial services decisioning such as fraud prevention or credit underwriting
  • Professional experience in both startups and scaling technology companies
