VP of Product

About the Role

We are looking for a holistic Product Executive to take full ownership of our end-to-end programmatic stack. This is a business-first leadership role where you will bridge the gap between market needs and our technical roadmap.

You will lead multiple development teams while managing the platform’s profit and loss (P&L). Rather than simply managing a roadmap, you will define adjoe’s “right to win” in the industry, working closely with the Business Managing Director to shape the future of a high-scale programmatic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of our proprietary Bidding SDK and Exchange, translating market signals into product roadmap priorities for advertisers and publishers
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy advanced models for bid-price estimation, leveraging machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow to optimize CPM and win rates
• Drive the company’s technical compliance and strategic alignment with industry standards such as OpenRTB and TCF
• Manage the relationship and integration with key mediation partners including AppLovin MAX, IronSource LevelPlay, and Google AdMob
• Directly influence the platform’s P&L performance by balancing infrastructure costs (QPS) with revenue yield
• Drive revenue growth by deeply understanding the data and underlying business drivers
• Align cross-functional teams through clear OKRs and performance frameworks
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical and commercial teams, ensuring product output translates into measurable business success

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in AdTech with deep expertise in mobile advertising SDKs and programmatic protocols
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large product organizations in agile environments
• Strong business mindset focused on building systems that scale revenue and excite customers
• Experience collaborating with or leading Data Science teams and understanding how predictive models drive market behavior
• Ability to move seamlessly between technical depth and strategic product vision
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical dependencies into clear, actionable goals for stakeholders
