As an experienced Senior Agile Coach at the applike group, you will help our organizations operate efficiently by fostering strong collaboration within and across teams.

In this role, you will guide and mentor teams in adopting Agile and Lean methodologies — always in a pragmatic, flexible, and non-dogmatic way to find the best solution for each unique challenge.

What You Will Do

  • Coach Agile principles: Train and guide teams in Agile and Lean practices, translating them into practical day-to-day operations.
  • Strengthen collaboration: Improve inter-team communication and empower team leads to mentor and support members effectively.
  • Design operating systems: Support senior leadership in building scalable, flexible, and outcome-focused organizational structures.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos when needed.
  • Optimize project management: Implement effective processes, set up Kanban boards, and remove roadblocks.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Encourage experimentation, including the adoption of new AI use cases.
  • Align strategy and execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure team goals align with organizational objectives.
  • Stay pragmatic: Adapt frameworks flexibly without being dogmatic about specific methodologies.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5+ years as an Agile Coach across multiple projects and companies.
  • Environment: Experience in international, English-speaking tech environments, ideally start-ups or scale-ups.
  • Methodology expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks, applied pragmatically to drive measurable impact.
  • Coaching mindset: Proven ability to mentor teams in Agile and Lean practices.
  • Communication skills: Excellent facilitation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Empathy: People-focused with a strong sense of emotional intelligence.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
  • Certifications: Scrum Master, Agile, or Lean certifications are a plus.
