Executive & Team Assistant

Your Role

Are you a dynamic, high-energy multitasker who thrives on bringing structure and clarity to fast-paced environments? In this pivotal role, you will support our CEO while serving as the central point of contact for both external stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Based in Berlin. Work from a design-driven office in the heart of the city.
  • Culture shaper. Collaborate closely with our People team to actively shape company culture.
  • Trusted partner. Act with integrity, discretion, and positive energy in all interactions.
  • Process innovator. Bring structure, improve workflows, and drive meaningful change.

Your Responsibilities

  • CEO Support. Organize the CEO’s agenda and calendar, including travel bookings, expenses, and administrative tasks.
  • Meeting & Calendar Management. Oversee a complex fashion calendar and ensure a smooth company-wide meeting cascade.
  • Stakeholder Management. Serve as gatekeeper for incoming requests and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Event Planning. Support key events involving the CEO, such as advisory boards, team events, and offsites.
  • Office Leadership. Oversee the office management team and develop new processes while maintaining existing systems.
  • Administrative Ownership. Handle signature processes, banking matters, and tax office communication.
  • Confidentiality. Manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Reporting & Presentations. Assist in preparing important reports and executive presentations.

What You Bring

  • Experience. 5+ years in a similar role supporting top management.
  • Process & Project Expertise. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Service Mindset. High drive, hands-on approach, and a can-do attitude.
  • Emotional Intelligence. Positive, empathetic, and trustworthy personality.
  • Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal English; German not required.
