DevOps Engineer

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will ensure the stability, scalability, availability, and reliability of the justtrack platform. Working closely with our development teams, you will evolve our cloud infrastructure and actively contribute to our ambitious growth journey.

At justtrack, we build a powerful SaaS platform that enables app and game publishers to manage and scale their global marketing. From campaign automation to deep performance insights, our solution streamlines marketing processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management. Maintain and enhance Kubernetes clusters, databases, monitoring systems, and deployment processes.
  • Observability. Provide robust metrics, alerting rules, and logging solutions to ensure full system transparency.
  • Cloud-Native Innovation. Integrate modern cloud-native technologies into our existing ecosystem.
  • Infrastructure as Code. Develop scalable and reusable IaC patterns using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Crossplane.
  • CI/CD Optimization. Build and improve pipelines for rapid, reliable, and frequent deployments.
  • Collaboration & Growth. Exchange knowledge with cross-functional experts and continuously expand your expertise.
  • Modern Tech Stack. Work daily with Kubernetes, Prometheus/Mimir, Openobserve, Elasticsearch, Keep, Grafana (Grafana, Mimir, Alloy, Pyroscope), Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm, Crossplane, GitLab CI, Argo (GitOps), DruidDB, TiDB, Flink, Spark, Golang, and AWS services.

Your Profile

  • Experience. Around 5 years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure experience.
  • Kubernetes & GitOps. Practical experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo.
  • AWS & IaC. Familiarity with AWS services (IAM, EC2, CloudWatch) and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Crossplane.
  • CI/CD Expertise. Experience building and maintaining deployment pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI).
  • Monitoring & Alerting. Ability to interpret system metrics, create alerts, and design intuitive dashboards.
  • Database Knowledge. Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with big data tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Flink.
  • Hands-on coding experience in Golang or strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience developing custom Terraform providers or Kubernetes operators.
