We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our teams as we continue building the future of hospitality technology.

What You’ll Be Up To

As an Engineering Manager, you will drive people leadership, delivery, strategy, technical excellence, and operational health across your teams.

• Build, mentor, and retain a healthy, high-performing engineering team
• Own predictable, high-quality delivery at a sustainable pace
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Tech Leads, and Staff+ Engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy
• Ensure strong engineering standards, operational readiness, and a blameless incident culture
• Develop and continuously refine an AI-driven development pipeline
• Improve engineering KPIs (DORA metrics)
• Communicate clearly across teams and leadership, aligning priorities and shaping culture
• Lead hiring, onboarding, team composition, and long-term talent development

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience as a software engineer, including several years in engineering leadership
• Solid backend expertise in C#/.NET
• Cloud knowledge (AWS or comparable providers such as Azure)
• Experience with distributed systems and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Docker)
• Bonus: Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for healthy teams and long-term quality
• Passion for and experience with AI-driven SDLC
