Your Role

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will drive growth strategies, optimize campaigns, and uncover new opportunities to scale performance for both our clients and Paintgun.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for clients
• Manage and analyze advertising channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter)
• Define and plan company and client performance goals
• Create, analyze, and optimize campaigns at campaign, ad set, and ad level
• Run structured experiments using a scientific approach (hypothesis, testing, analysis, action)
• Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability
• Dive deep into data to identify opportunities to reduce CPA and improve ROI

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise with paid channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Analytical, critical thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Technical proficiency in setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing campaigns
• Detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility
• Motivated to learn and grow within an agile, ambitious team
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High reliability and strong “say-do” ratio
