Instructional Designer/ Content Creator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a (Senior) Instructional Designer to create impactful learning programs focused on
AI, Data, and Personal Productivity.

You will report directly to our Head of Learning & Operations and collaborate closely with
Sales, Design, and a team of experienced Learning Consultants and Customer Success Managers.

This is a highly hands-on role. You will combine strategic instructional design with
operational execution — from structuring scalable learning programs to creating and managing
E-Learnings, slides, and rebranded learning assets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Project Management

  • Structure learning content and assets (Live Sessions, E-Learnings, Social Learning Programs) in a scalable and reusable way.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and trainers, working closely with Learning Consultants and Customer Success Managers.
  • Source and collaborate with top-tier experts in AI and Digital Transformation to build best-in-class learning programs.
  • Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

Learning Consulting & Program Design

  • Translate customer upskilling and reskilling needs into high-impact learning programs
    (live online, in-person, e-learning, or blended formats).
  • Design programs with measurable ROI, ensuring tangible business outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
  • Iterate and improve programs based on learner data, feedback, and evidence.
  • Build E-Learning content and blended journeys using tools such as Articulate Rise, Sana, and/or Canva.

Content Creation

  • Create slides, E-Learnings, and multimedia content, leveraging AI where appropriate.
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to social media posts, e-books, and blog articles in collaboration with the marketing team.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Influence enterprise program quality, measured by NPS and learner feedback.
  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcomes, such as hours saved, productivity gains, or increased confidence in AI adoption.
  • Shape and evolve our learning methodology together with customers and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or content creation within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Experience in customer-facing projects and complex stakeholder setups.
  • Strong background in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
  • Startup mindset: experience in a company with 10–50 employees and motivation to take ownership.
  • Ability to translate business goals into effective learning interventions.
  • Strong documentation mindset, essential for a remote-first organization.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience communicating with enterprise clients and advising stakeholders.
  • UX or design background.
  • Training or workshop facilitation experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience creating or interpreting reports.
