YOUR MISSION

Be Emidat’s first dedicated marketing hire and the single owner of our content and inbound engine.
Your mission is to strengthen Emidat’s brand perception by building expert content around
lifecycle assessment (LCA) and sustainable materials, making Emidat the most well-known
LCA / DPP tech brand in Europe.

In the age of AI, we believe that preparing and promoting great content is imperative to a company’s success.
A core focus for Emidat in 2026 will be scaling inbound growth in close collaboration with our product team.

As our Senior Content & Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our growth, content strategy,
and future marketing team. You will first build the engine (strategy and structure) and then operate
within the engine by creating, distributing, and measuring high-impact content.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Content strategy ownership – Define and execute a clear content and inbound strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Content creation – Build expert content such as blogs, videos, and potentially a podcast.
  • Content distribution & promotion – Repurpose and promote content across relevant channels to maximize reach.
  • Inbound growth projects – Collaborate with product and sales to drive inbound initiatives end-to-end.
  • Brand advocacy – Become the voice of Emidat and a trusted authority in LCA and sustainable materials.
  • Performance tracking – Measure results and continuously optimize content and channels.

IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL

  • Content creation – Deep-dive into LCAs and building materials to create high-value, expert content.
  • Inbound lead generation – Promote content strategically to increase reach and improve conversion rates from awareness to intent.
  • Marketing operations – Establish a core analytics framework and dashboard to track KPIs such as content engagement, volume, and channel ROI.
  • Inbound strategy – Develop and refine the inbound strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Team building – Play a key role in building and scaling the marketing team toward an annual 10x growth.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Language skills – Professional working proficiency (C1/C2) in both English and German, written and verbal.
  • Proven experience – 5+ years in Content, Inbound, or Growth Marketing with measurable success.
  • DACH market expertise – Proven experience planning, launching, and scaling campaigns in the DACH region.
  • Strong communication skills – Ability to translate complex, technical topics into clear and compelling content.
  • Organisational excellence – Experience managing multiple campaigns end-to-end and collaborating effectively with Sales.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience as an early marketing hire in a B2B startup or scale-up.
  • Experience running European-wide or global campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
