Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager – Commercial Brands (m/f/d) to join our evolving
commercial brands division at our Hamburg headquarters.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and
negotiation skills to drive category growth and strengthen our market positioning.
This role is ideal for a sales leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for commercial brand trends.

Your Mission

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships within the commercial brands segment.
  • Lead national and international customer negotiations.
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the category.
  • Analyze market, product, and pricing potentials to optimize assortments, trends, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify opportunities and market developments.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Work closely with Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure company-wide alignment.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in international account or sales management, ideally within B2B commercial industries.
  • Existing customer or industry network in wholesale, retail, or trading is highly desirable.
  • Strong passion for commercial brands and sales, combined with business development expertise.
  • High level of independence, motivation, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
