Sales Coordinator – English speaking

We are looking for a new colleague to join Genoray’s German subsidiary in Berlin.

Genoray manufactures medical and dental X-ray equipment. Our products are distributed through
our headquarters in South Korea, five overseas subsidiaries (Germany, USA, China, Turkey, and Japan),
and more than 40 global partner companies.

Your Role

In this role, you will support our sales, logistics, and exhibition activities, working closely
with international partners and distributors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality documentation.

Tasks

Sales Documentation

• Prepare draft documents requested by agencies, including Letters of Authorization, Declarations, and Contracts.
• Revise and prepare additional documentation required prior to final approval.
• Compare buyer requirements with product specifications.
• Regularly review product manuals and distributed materials to identify and correct errors.
• Create and maintain sales performance data.

Product Shipment

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Warranty Certificates.
• Ensure ordered products are shipped correctly and on time.
• Coordinate transport schedules and methods based on distributor requirements and carrier availability.
• Provide shipping details to distributors and confirm delivery completion.
• Deliver required documentation for local customs clearance and handle urgent issues if they arise.

Exhibitions

• Participate in international exhibitions across Europe.
• Support meetings with new and existing distributors.
• Assist in promoting Genoray products and the company.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Korean language skills are beneficial.
• Any additional European language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid work permit in Germany is required.
• On-site position in Berlin.
