Regional Marketing Manager US (f/m/d)
About the Role
You’re passionate about marketing and ready to take on responsibility? As Regional Marketing Manager US (f/m/d), you will work closely with our central marketing team to expand Natuvion’s brand presence in the United States.
You translate our global marketing strategy into an effective US go-to-market approach, develop and execute regional campaigns across relevant channels, and collaborate closely with Sales and partners.
Your goal: Strong market visibility and measurable business impact in the US region.
Your Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Ownership
- Plan, prioritize, and execute all regional marketing activities for Natuvion Americas
- Work in close alignment with Global Marketing and the US team
- Adapt and localize global initiatives for the US market
Demand & Lead Generation
- Design and manage integrated campaigns to generate leads and pipeline (e.g., paid campaigns, content syndication, webinars)
- Ensure high-quality lead handover and ongoing lead development together with Sales
- Support nurturing and marketing automation initiatives
Market Presence
- Establish continuous visibility within relevant US target groups and industries
- Drive tailored content formats, PR activities, social media, and community or event engagement
Events & Partner Marketing
- Plan and support regional events (digital and on-site)
- Execute co-marketing activities with partners to increase reach and pipeline
Sales Alignment
- Collaborate closely with global and regional sales teams
- Align on shared goals, target account prioritization, and campaign-ready assets
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of activities across the marketing funnel
Your Profile
- Relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or IT/software environment
- Strong understanding of target-group-oriented communication and common US marketing formats
- Experience with US marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
- Native-level English skills and fluent German
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high commitment to quality
- Motivation to work in an international environment and help build a marketing setup in the US market
