As part of the Financial Controlling team, you will play a key role in driving and improving our financial reporting and planning.
In this cross-functional and international environment, you won’t just work with numbers — you will communicate insights directly to management and our parent company.

Your Role

• Financial Reporting: Own flaconi’s financial reporting processes, reviewing, summarizing, and commenting on monthly results and presenting them to the Management/Investors Board.
• Report Creation: Prepare and optimize internal and external financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for the CFO and parent company.
• Tool Management: Support the management and enhancement of financial tools for month-end closing, forecasting, and budget planning.
• Process Optimization: Improve existing processes and ensure the targeted use of financial reporting, planning, and controlling tools.
• Blueprint Design: Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes by creating frameworks and driving their implementation.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Handle time-sensitive requests to ensure quick availability of financial insights.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and planning tools (e.g., Jedox, Hyperion, TM1, Tagetik).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Independent, motivated, and collaborative team player.
• Preferably experience with data warehouse/SQL/BI and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plus.
