Your Role

As an (Associate) Business Intelligence Manager within the Fleet department, you will identify and oversee performance improvement initiatives using a data-driven approach.
You will work closely with management and data teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business impact: Conduct robust analyses, uncover insights, and develop data-driven measures that translate into tangible performance improvements.
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership: Provide data-backed perspectives, highlight blind spots, and strengthen decision-making confidence at the leadership level.
  • Work at the intersection of business, data, and technology: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure alignment between tech initiatives and business goals.
  • Turn strategy into action: Define and operationalize clear, measurable OKRs across the global organization.
  • Shape how we work: Own and improve key steering processes to help FINN scale efficiently and sustainably.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, startups, or other fast-paced environments).
  • Strong business sense combined with an analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Resilient, driven, and committed to high-quality results.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets; experience with BI tools, data analytics, or SQL is a plus (DBT knowledge beneficial but not required).
  • Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.

  • Supply Steering: Ensure optimal fleet availability by aligning purchasing decisions with demand — a key lever in scaling operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
