We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives (who speak fluent German) to grow our presence in the market. As a PURE WATER Sales Rep, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships, advising customers, and driving sales of our innovative water filtration device.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about health, sustainability, and meaningful sales work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of PURE WATER filtration systems in the german speaking market. You do this by taking Zoom Calls with potential customers. The leads will be mostly scheduled into your calendar. (Inbound Sales)
• You will also reach out to potential clients that already expressed interest and schedule them into your calendar.
• Having great product knowledge to potentially educate potential clients on the health and environmental benefits of pure water in the sales interaction.
• Using our CRM System accurately to track all stages and sales accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Your profile:

• Must-have requirements: Optimally based in Germany or able to work in the German time zone.
• Native or fluent German language skills; decent English skills are also necessary.
• Willing to complete the soulful selling online course which teaches you a successful and service centered sales methodology. This is a 3-month course with video material, 4 1:1 mentorings and 2 group calls per week. The price of the course is paid by Pure Water (you can start working and start making money while still taking the course).
• Ideally, experience in sales, ideally in consumer products, health, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and eco-friendly solutions.
• Ability to work part-time or full-time (15-40h week)
• Willingness to show up to weekly meetings on Zoom.
