Business Development Manager (German-speaking)

 

Your tasks:

  • Develop and grow partnerships: Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliates, trading academies, and influencer partners in your region to promote TTP’s proprietary trading programs (Futures, CFDs, Stocks, and upcoming asset classes).
  • Manage and nurture existing partners: Strengthen relationships with current affiliates and academies through consistent communication, performance analysis, and tailored commercial strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals: Handle partnership contracts, commission structures, and special terms aligned with TTP’s affiliate policies and business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize performance: Track regional KPIs, analyze partner performance, and collaborate with the marketing and risk teams to improve conversion and retention.
  • Combat fraud and misuse: Identify suspicious activity, ensure compliance with TTP’s ethical trading and promotional standards, and maintain a high-quality partner portfolio.
  • Represent TTP globally: Attend local and international affiliate events, expos, and conferences to promote TTP’s brand and attract high-value partners.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure localized campaigns, relevant content, and consistent messaging in your region.
  • Contribute strategically: Provide regional market insights and competitor intelligence to shape TTP’s business development strategy.

Your profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or partnership management — ideally within proprietary trading, FX/CFD brokerage, or fintech.
  • Proven network: Established relationships with trading academies, influencers, and affiliate marketers in your region is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset: Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), performance tracking tools, and Excel for KPI reporting.
  • Negotiation & sales skills: Confident communicator with the ability to present value propositions, negotiate commercial terms, and close win–win partnerships.
  • Cultural intelligence: Understanding of local business culture, online marketing practices, and community engagement styles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (mandatory) and German languages.
  • Personal traits: Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive with strong ownership and initiative — true to TTP’s core values.
