Strategy Manager

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for our market segments to drive growth within the General Manufacturing & Maintenance market.
• Drive M&A strategy for respective markets and support with operationalization to ensure inorganic growth.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, including R&D and sales leadership, to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations in line with our strategy.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to foster alignment.
• Support with committee work to senior management.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Master’s degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in consulting.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven experience in strategy development and execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English skills.
