A healthier future — it’s what drives us to innovate. We continuously advance science and ensure healthcare access for all, so we can spend more time with the people we love.

As a Digital Data Compliance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our FAIR data ecosystem, ensuring data quality and compliance excellence. Partnering with the Pharma Technical (PT) Data Office, you’ll drive digital GxP data governance, risk management, and lead the Data Integrity Quality Management System (DI QMS).

The Opportunity

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen data governance frameworks, enforce standards, and report key governance metrics across the PT network.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate GMP digital data risks; support risk controls, conduct risk assessments, and contribute during audits.
  • Partner with PT Quality Policy & Compliance teams to implement data policies, monitor adherence, and lead compliance reviews.
  • Lead the Data Integrity Network, deliver training, and embed a culture of integrity across Pharma Technical.
  • Own and manage Digital DI QMS elements: documentation, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the PT Data Office, aligning compliance strategy with business and digital transformation goals.
  • Act as the Information Compliance Lead, ensuring compliance while enabling agility and value creation.

Who You Are

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in data governance or compliance are a plus.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in data compliance, digital governance, or risk — preferably in life sciences or healthcare sectors.
  • Expert knowledge of global pharma regulatory frameworks (e.g., Annex 11, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ICH Q8-10).
  • Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra and Ataccma.
  • Hands-on experience implementing GxP compliance frameworks and managing quality systems.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and proficient in data management tools.

Note: This position is not eligible for relocation benefits.
