The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Client-Facing Product Team. You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to create scalable, efficient solutions that streamline client campaign onboarding and content integration.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in product leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering outcomes that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the contract management domain and be accountable for delivering business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build scalable, efficient tools for client campaign onboarding and content delivery.
• Translate product strategy into clear, prioritized initiatives, epics, and user stories.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities using data and user research.
• Define and validate product hypotheses, and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support clients during onboarding and ensure smooth integration through coordination and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Experience: Proven track record in a product management role, ideally within internal tools or platform development.
• Business acumen: Skilled in defining ROI, building business cases, and managing product priorities.
• Change leader: Comfortable managing organizational change, particularly in technical environments.
• AI literate: Understand AI capabilities and can collaborate with data teams to leverage AI effectively.
• Languages: Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
