About the Role
Join our Tech & Product Team of around 400 experts focused on building the best possible customer shopping experience. Through technical innovation, we create a superior buying and selling environment.
Your Tasks – What Awaits You
- Define and refine the product vision and strategy for the search and recommender engines
- Lead and mentor two cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, and analysts)
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to guide product development
- Analyze KPIs for search accuracy, recommendation relevance, and user satisfaction
- Stay updated with trends in search/recommendation technologies to ensure innovation
- Present updates and performance reports to stakeholders regularly
Your Profile – What We Expect
- Proven experience in building and scaling search and recommender engines
- Strong background in engineering and/or data science
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through product lifecycles
- Data-driven with expertise in defining and tracking performance metrics
- Customer-obsessed with a focus on solving user pain points
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English (C1)
- Passionate about working in an international, English-speaking team
