As a Sales Manager, you will focus on acquiring mid-market and enterprise clients to implement our B2B solution. You’ll work closely with the regional sales team and report directly to the Regional Sales Team Lead. Your role will involve driving high-impact sales activities to meet company targets.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Acquiring enterprise corporate accounts for the German market – from prospecting to closing deals
  • Managing RFPs and tenders with efficiency and precision
  • Building a strong local enterprise network to support market entry and strategic partnerships
  • Leading online and on-site discovery calls, solution meetings, and product demos
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM database and reporting pipeline activity regularly
  • Using LinkedIn and social selling techniques to build a high-value professional network
  • Representing FREENOW for Business at conferences, networking events, and exhibitions
  • Tools you’ll use: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesloft

To Be Successful In This Role

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, including negotiation, contracting, and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of high-growth, tech-driven markets
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Familiarity with booking tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Organised, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Fluent in both German and English
