Samsung Electronics America is seeking a qualified Senior QA Engineer with experience managing, troubleshooting, reproducing defects, and tracking wireless products’ software and hardware performance. The SEA environment is fast-paced, requiring prioritization, flexibility, and quick response.
This role interfaces with cross-functional teams and operators to provide engineering support for new wireless product development and validation of new features and technologies—from initial stages, lab entry, through product launch. The engineer will conduct failure analysis to identify root causes, improve product reliability, and ensure quality standards, focusing on pre/post-launch Samsung mobile products.
