Your Tasks – What Awaits You

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for product data organization and enrichment in a complex tech, seller, and consumer environment.
• Design scalable product data structures that reflect user behavior and business logic—enhancing discoverability, relevance, and findability.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision and execution.
• Identify and quantify business opportunities using data-driven insights and a deep understanding of growth levers.
• Translate stakeholder and user insights into clear product requirements and prioritize based on impact, value, and feasibility.
• Leverage emerging technologies like AI and LLMs to improve product classification, semantic understanding, and data quality at scale.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging tech to identify areas for product innovation.

Your Profile – What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields like strategy, innovation, or business development, with measurable business and user impact.
• Strong data literacy and an outcome-driven mindset—form hypotheses, ask the right questions, and validate them with data.
• Affinity for AI and LLMs with a clear understanding of how to use them to drive innovation and product value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong growth mindset, focused on scalable, high-impact solutions—thinking beyond incremental improvements.
• Experience with product categorization, taxonomy, or similar areas is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking team and aligned with our company culture and values.
