About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our Enterprise Sales team by representing our award-winning platform to future customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients via phone (cold and warm calls) and email outreach.
  • Conduct account research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest.
  • Overcome objections and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for qualified opportunities on a consistent basis.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements and support data integrity efforts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written English is required; German is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent listening abilities.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player who can collaborate in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate product value to prospects.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google Drive).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales training is a plus.
