About the Role

We are hiring a Manager, Account Executives Mid-Market to lead and grow our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on companies with 500–2,000 employees and involves coaching and managing a team of 6–7 Senior Account Executives in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Role Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • Leadership: Lead, develop, and recruit a high-performing team of 6–7 Senior Account Executives focused on complex B2B software sales.
  • Coaching: Develop great talent through ongoing coaching, setting high standards, and investing in continuous skill development.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, including accelerators for overperformance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data to optimize conversion rates, ARPA, time-to-sell, and other KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Management, Sales Engineering, SDRs, and Marketing to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Best Practices: Share learnings and align regularly with fellow sales leaders to ensure company-wide excellence.

Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 3 years in a people management role, including hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Proven ability to lead SaaS sales teams and consistently hit or exceed targets.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Gap Selling.
  • Strong forecasting skills and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Gong!, and Groove.
  • Deep understanding of B2B purchasing processes, stakeholder management, and IT systems integration.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop a predictable, metrics-driven sales playbook.
