We Are Hiring: (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partners

We’re looking for several talented individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team—focusing on either Product or Business roles. If you’re passionate about building teams, influencing hiring strategies, and delivering top talent in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity!

What You Will Do

  • Source and attract talent for our roles across the EU, Brazil, and Vietnam.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and expectations.
  • Advise, influence, and manage stakeholder expectations across departments.
  • Screen, assess, and align candidates’ aspirations with the right opportunities.
  • Actively build a strong talent network through sourcing, events, and industry engagement.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives including branding campaigns, social events, and meetups.
  • Participate in process improvements and broader People initiatives.
  • Create content and strategies that match our start-up environment and growth trajectory.

Workplace

This role is based at our headquarters in Berlin. We operate as a remote-first company and offer flexibility, but the team meets regularly at the Berlin office.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency model).
  • Proven experience leading key hiring projects, including EVP initiatives.
  • Passionate about talent and eager to contribute to company culture and identity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust with all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable operating in a global, fast-paced, and highly diverse start-up environment.
  • Data-driven: Able to analyze and measure hiring impact through key metrics.
  • Experienced with ATS systems and maintaining clean, accurate recruitment data.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
