🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Analytics Setup: Design and implement tracking frameworks in Google Analytics & HubSpot with the VP of Marketing.
• Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads and visibility.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email).
• Website Optimization: Manage and optimize the website experience and conversion funnel (ideally on Contentful).
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to inform GTM strategies across DACH, France, and the UK.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong skills in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and performance measurement.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable with CMS platforms (preferably Contentful).
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.

• Experience in early-stage or scaling startups.
• Basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with website development.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
