Group Accountant (IFRS) (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of consolidated financial statements to external auditors at the group level for the annual audit
• Collaborate with the Controlling Team to support monthly reporting and drive automation and harmonization of closing processes
• Lead the Local GAAP to IFRS conversion process during monthly closings for multiple countries
• Manage IFRS-specific topics such as IFRS 9, IFRS 16, deferred taxes, new standards, and purchase price allocations
• Develop and implement Group Accounting Policies and Accounting Manuals
• Contribute to broader finance topics including budgeting, and coordination with external tax advisors for tax returns
• Support the implementation of new tools to enhance HiSERV’s operational excellence
• Act as a sparring partner to the CFO

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Group Accounting, Audit, or Group Controlling in a multinational environment
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Expertise in IFRS and financial consolidation, with the ability to manage these topics independently
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Openness to shape and support HiSERV’s international growth
• Experience with tools such as LucaNet, D365 F&O, or Blackline is a plus
