Marketing Working Student (m/f/d)

Help us take atmio’s marketing to the next level by bringing structure, creativity, and energy to our campaigns and events.
You’ll support the Marketing Manager in running recurring projects, testing new ideas, and scaling our reach—with the opportunity to fully own initiatives like our internal events for customers.

As our second hire in marketing, you’ll play a key role in building our marketing playbook from the ground up and joining a small but growing team.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Event Ownership: Support and potentially lead planning and execution of internal customer events or external trade shows.
• Content Creation: Write blog posts, craft LinkedIn content (e.g., job posts, webinar promos), and help produce customer success stories.
• Campaign Support: Assist in creating print materials, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
• Process Improvement: Help streamline recurring marketing tasks and introduce ideas to boost efficiency and impact.

Requirements

Skills & Experience You’ll Need 💪

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (mid-stage) or starting a Master’s degree.
• Previous experience in a corporate environment—ideally in marketing or sales.
• Strong project management skills and a structured work style.
• A true team player—comfortable with fast-changing environments.
• Bonus points for: experience with LinkedIn content creation, blog writing, HubSpot, or other marketing tools.
• Clear communicator in both German and English.
