Quant Developer

The Role

As a Quantitative Developer, you will join a team building a state-of-the-art systematic trading platform that powers our quantitative investment strategies. In this broad technical role, you will help develop and maintain the infrastructure and data pipelines that support trading strategies, and you will work closely with quantitative researchers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain trading infrastructure: Build and optimize components of our systematic trading platform (e.g. research and backtesting frameworks, execution systems, and connectivity).
  • Implement data pipelines and platforms: Design and maintain high-performance data processing pipelines and research tools, ensuring reliable access to market data, pricing feeds, and alternative data for model development.
  • Collaborate on model implementation: Work closely with quantitative researchers and portfolio managers to understand model requirements and translate strategies into efficient, production-ready code.
  • Support production systems: Contribute to code reviews, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
  • Optimize performance: Improve system latency, throughput, and fault tolerance; debug live trading or research environments.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in software development, quantitative finance, or technical research (internships, research projects, or fintech roles included).
  • Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (e.g. C++, Rust, Java).
  • Basic understanding of statistical modeling, quantitative finance, or trading systems is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
