Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across scrum teams. You will define execution plans, drive engineering efforts, manage stakeholder alignment, and guide teams toward scalable, reliable software delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Own delivery of major projects and long-term initiatives with broad business impact
  • Lead cross-team execution using Scrum of Scrums and agile methodologies
  • Communicate status, risk, and trade-offs clearly to executive leadership
  • Drive metrics reporting using in-house and third-party tools
  • Act as Scrum Master, driving all Agile ceremonies and best practices
  • Mentor engineers and teams on SAFe, Scrum, and TDD principles
  • Remove impediments and create a safe environment for open problem-solving
  • Track platform metrics and continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality
  • Align program direction with engineering, business, and product stakeholders
  • Guide automation, quality, and strategic improvements across the team

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously
  • Strong skills in Jira and other Agile tools
  • Expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile practices
  • Ability to mentor cross-functional teams and lead delivery strategy
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills

Preferred

  • Background in software engineering or system design
  • Experience driving quality and automation initiatives
  • Track record of leading teams across multiple time zones

Compensation

Salary Range (O’Fallon, Missouri): $94,000 – $157,000 USD

Compensation is based on location, experience, and qualifications and may include bonuses or commissions.
