Your Tasks – What Awaits You

• Be the primary contact for our data solution suite (Tableau, Pushmetrics, Secoda)
• Provide first-level user support: access issues, feature guidance, tool operations, and technical troubleshooting
• Manage tool administration, monitor performance, and work with vendors to resolve issues and assess feature enhancements
• Design and implement data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., data discoverability, literacy)
• Collaborate with embedded analysts and analytics engineers to improve system performance and integrations
• Independently design and deliver dashboards and reports as needed
• Evaluate new data tools and technologies to drive continuous improvement

Your Profile – What We Expect From You

• Experience as a power user of data visualization tools (especially Tableau), including admin support and vendor collaboration
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and a proactive troubleshooting mindset
• Experience establishing data governance practices, including permission management and asset cataloging
• Strong communication skills, with a service-driven approach to supporting users across technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and proactively identify process improvements
